Our call handlers will be aware of your diary / agenda and your messages will be relayed to your instantly via text message, E-mail or fax. Your personal assistant will be available from Monday to Friday during the hours of 8am and 6pm. Every call will be answered in your company name and you will be given a unique number which can be used as your own business number, or you can divert your own business telephone number to it.
THE AGENCY will field your sales calls, and if you choose, will transfer important calls directly to your mobile.
Whatever package you chose, your calls to your PA are FREE.

Personal Assistant Package: £35 per month
This package is ideal if you need someone to handle approximately 30 messages per month. If you are able to answer most of your calls, but need help to occasionally answer your overflow of calls, or if you need to be out of the office for short periods. Businesses which use this type of service are mostly new start ups who are unsure what volume of calls will be generated and therefore can start at the lowest package and increase as the volume of messages increase.

Personal Assistant 2 Package: £60 per month
This package is ideal if you are looking for cover during peak times when you are away from the office. The package the one to use if you are receiving up to 80 messages per month.

Business Package: £110 per month
Companies with a high volume of calls at peak times, or with staff who are out of the office are well suited to this package. It’s ideal if you’re looking for someone to handle between 80 and 170 messages per month.
- 100 FREE messages per month
- £1.00 per message thereafter
Business 2 Package: £200 per month
Companies with a high volume of calls and not enough staff would use this package. This package removes the stress of staff having to always answer their phones as well as trying to concentrate on their work. THE AGENCY can answer the majority of calls and distribute the messages to the relevant staff.
This is the ideal package for between 170 and 240 messages.
